These Terms of Service govern your use of thebuildersopsstudio.com and any services provided by The Builders' Ops Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), a single-member LLC located in Atlanta, GA. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide operations consulting, systems implementation, and digital infrastructure services for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement (proposal, contract, or statement of work) signed by both parties. These Terms apply alongside that agreement.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Intellectual Property

Work product created for clients under a signed engagement agreement is governed by that agreement's IP terms.

Payments and Refunds

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund policies for consulting engagements are specified in your individual contract. Discovery calls are complimentary and carry no obligation.

We treat all client business information as confidential. Details shared during consultations or engagements will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as needed to deliver the agreed services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results described in case studies will apply to your business.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Builders' Ops Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
